gCloth inserts offer a washable and reusable option for gDiapers. They are designed specifically to fit our soft little gPants so they don’t require any folding. They provide the same trim fit as our biodegradable gRefills without giving up the absorbency. Two layers of soft 100% polyester microfleece wick moisture away from baby's bottom keeping it feeling dry and comfortable. Two layers of hemp/cotton absorb wetness and hold moisture in. The white side goes against baby's bum, the brown hemp/cotton side goes down. Hemp doesn’t wear out, it wears in. Hemp in particular becomes more absorbent with use so the more you wash gCloth inserts, the softer and more absorbent they become. Six inserts per pack.

The hemp layers, in particular, become more absorbent with time, while the soft microfleece draws the moisture away from baby's bottom, so skin stays dry and healthy. Plus, they are designed specifically for the little gPant diaper cover (sold separately), for a trim fit.
For optimum softness, absorbency, and sizing, wash gCloth inserts at least six times in hot water without detergent before using. For regular use, you can machine wash on hot (with cloth safe detergent, no fabric softeners), and either line or machine dry.
